Like, after 3 days of searching and a 6 hour walk to this Mtn pass
Here. Where the Hart River Herd lives. 1000 animals total. Non-migratory, woodland caribou, Tombstone Nat park. We had to work hard for these beasts. I scanned every peak and slope with my scope for 2 days straight my right eyeball hurt so much that when I sneezed it fell out and rolled out on to the tundra. Irony: miss moose over here spotted the caribou first. They were in the valley below us. She was looking at flowers. Mama moose, she be grounded.
